Brian Landis is employed full time in the operations of the independent fee appraisal firm known as Bar Ten Appraisals, Inc., with assistance from his lovely wife Melissa. We are headquartered on a small farm in northwest Coffey County.
Who we are
We focus our appraisal services in the following Kansas counties: Coffey, Lyon, Chase, Greenwood, Woodson, Anderson and Osage, but will consider other assignments in counties adjoining those listed based on property type and work load.
